He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ohman; his children, Gretchen Rahn (Chris), Alicia Gray and Ben Gray (Beth); and his siblings, Robin Gray (Alice) and Janet Andres (Joel). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In honor of Frank's love of reading, memorials may be made to the Baraboo Public Library.
