He is survived by: his wife Linda Hackbarth; his daughter Amy Schultz (Jason); his granddaughters, Annika and Braylee Schultz; his sister-in-law Judy Mastenbrook (Ken); his nephews, Ryan and Brett Mastenbrook; his great-nephews, Evan, Chase, Brayden and Bryce Mastenbrook; and his great-niece Marissa Mastenbrook. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
