She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Conners and Mary Conners (Condon); her husband Bill; her daughter Kathy; and her siblings, Dorothy Brennan (Gene), Joseph Conners (Norma) and John Conners.

She is survived by: her children, Billy Grosshans (Krista), Patty Preston (Steve) and Denny Grosshans (Denise); and her grandchildren, Ashley (Austin), Connor (Kati), Alexandra, Jessica (Jim), Katie (Matt), Madeline (Seth), Ava and Will. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made pancreatic cancer research, macular degeneration research or Catholic charities in Helen's name.
