She was predeceased by: her father Joe Mootz; and her parents-in-law, Tony Juisto and Elizabeth Juisto. She is survived by: her husband Scott Juisto; her daughters, Toni Marie (DJ), Tami Jean, Tracy Ann (James) and Trisha Jo; her grandchildren, Trevor, Anthony, Colby, Jeremy, Brielle, Naysa, Kendall, Cameron, Silas, Anna, Joseph, William, Skyla and Addison; her great grandchild Jakai; her sisters, Mary Dosch (John) and Michelle Mootz-Carroll (Jeff); her aunt Joan Barrick; Kelly Mooney (Linda Studee).

In lieu of flowers, a funeral fund has been set up, and contributions can be made to Brian Pillsbury or Scott Juisto.
