She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Phelps and Edna Phelps (Fry); her husband Arthur Puttkamer of John's Lutheran Church; and her grandchildren-in-law, Sarah Puttkamer and Steve Banks.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Puttkamer of Baraboo and Randy Puttkamer (Diane) of Baraboo; her grandchildren, Jennifer Williams (James), Jason Puttkamer (Jenny), Joshua Puttkamer, Tyrone Puttkamer (Pam), Eliza Banks and Mandi Bue (Eddie); her great grandchildren, August, Jackson, Layla, Jake, Jace, Livia, Codey (Maislee), Allie, Maddie and Paige; and her children, Marlow, Cameron and Nora. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home (401 Madison Ave, Baraboo, WI 53913). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family or a charity of your choice.
