He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Casper and Mabel Hegna (Bryngelson); his former wife Leona Peavey; his wife Alice Myskewitz; his daughter Debra Sue (Marlin Brower); his great grandchild Devon Switlick; his sisters, Gladys Mohn (Harry) and Edna Feidt (George); his nephew Gerald Mohn; his nephew-in-law Rick Miller; his stepsons, Greg and Ron Myskewitz; and his stepgrandsons, Robert Myskewitz and Daniel Cook.
He is survived by: his former wife Leona Dennis of Prairie Farm; his children, Rick (Kim), Carolyn Bartlett (Mike) of Barron, Desiree Avery (Carl) of Newell, SD and Michael Hegna (Marie) of Marathon City, WI; his grandchildren, Ryan Bartlett (Bridget), Heather Ripplinger (Dan), Trevor (Joy), Jeremy (Jamie), Jason Bartlett (Richelle), Stephanie Knutzen (Jens), Kory Albert (Rob), Starr Kuhn (Chad), Grant Avery (Elida), Kayla Metz (Marcus), Cassandra Switlick (Kyle), Tyler, Kendra and Ambria Hegna (Dakota Malinowski); his great grandchildren, Justin, Matthew, Megan, Claire, Aidan Bartlett and Sabian; his great great grandchildren, Adalida Conitz, Gwynevere and Graham Williams; his nephews, Fred Mohn (Judy) and Tom Feidt (Lynn); his niece Pattye Miller; his stepchildren, Kathy Cook, Vickie Jacobson (Dave) and Mark Myskewitz (Becky); his stepgrandchildren, Michelle Myskewitz, Jennifer Balfany (Tony), Lance Cook, Emily, Andrew, Raye and Olivia Myskewitz; and his stepgreat-grandson Evan Myskewitz.
