She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Orval Young and Gladys Young (Larson); her husband Lewis Powers; her siblings, Leroy Young (Carolyn), John Young (Betty), Irene Furchner (Roland), Jeanette Nelson (Rolland) and Victoria Golden (Rory); her children, Bruce Powers, Harold Omsberg and Mary Larson (Jerry); her son-in-law Richard Olkjer; and her grandchildren-in-law, Patty Omsberg and Jake Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Olkjer, Brenda Singer (Tim), Rita Anderson (Jon), Leo Powers and Amy Powers; her brothers, Lowell Young (Judy) and Rick Beckman (Sandy); her grandchildren, Debbie Dahl (JD), Beth Silva (Joe), Ray Omsberg, Lonnie Larson (Shelly Aslakson), Stephanie Green (Korey), Kathy Powers-Johnson (Aaron), Candace Powers, Dan Powers, Liesl Bailey, Jesse Singer (Stephanie), Sam Singer, Molly Jensen (Erik), Noah Singer (Samantha), Adam Anderson (Liz), Laura Hicks (Adam), Teresa Anderson (Jeff), Caleb Powers, Joshua Powers (Mikayla Onken), Isaac Powers, Andrew Powers and Jacob Powers (Katie Riley); her sister-in-law Shirley Powers; and her daughter-in-law Carol Omsberg. She is also survived by 32 great-grandchildren; 14 great- great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to The Pierce County Ecumenical Choir or the Ellsworth Senior Center.
