He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Charette Duffy (Peterson) and Andy Anderson; his brothers, Kenneth, Steven, Larry, Marvin Jr. and Sean; his brother-in-law Willard Gouge'Sr.; his nephews, Marvin Charette III, Adrian Reede, Jerome Powless and Austin Basina; his niece Paige Sophia Gouge; and his sister Cassandra Charette.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob Duffy (Molly Sweeney) and Hannah Duffy (Jaxson Willis); and his siblings, John Duffy (Lori) of Red Cliff, WI, Daniel Duffy of Red Cliff, WI, Carolyn Gouge (Robert) and Penny Charette (Dan Powless) of Bad River, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Leo LaFernier Cultural Center (88989 Nuzzo Rd, Bayfield, WI 54814). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Tribal Funeral Rites Leo LaFernier Cultural Center (88989 Nuzzo Rd, Bayfield, WI 54814).
