He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Boll and Naomi Boll (Gethmann); his wife Jo Ann McDonald; his son Steven; his siblings, Keith Boll and Judith Ulrich; and his brother-in-law Phil Hulbert.
He is survived by: his sister Anita Hulbert; and his sister-in-law Joyce Balagna (Chuck). He is also survived by three nieces.
