He is survived by : his daughters, Rebecca Calvin and Cameo Frechette; his grandchildren, Caiden and Lexi Calvin; his parents, Andrew E. and Bonnie; his brother Daniel (Rachel); his nieces, Grace and Isabel; his nephew Noah; and his close friend Kathy Burns. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
