She was predeceased by: her father Dell Kaiser. She is survived by: her siblings, Jane Westimayer (David) of Horicon, Tom Kaiser (Colleen) of Tampa, FL and Steve Kaiser (Dawn) of Beaver Dam; her siblings' children, Dr. Tommy Kaiser (Stephy) of Minnesota, Holly Kaiser (Ricky Arce) of Tampa, FL and Julia Schultz (Nate) of Beaver Dam; and her great-nephews, Wyatt, Kennedy Kaiser and Elijah Schultz. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

If desired, memorials may be made in Carol A. Kaiser's name to Muscular Dystrophy Association.
