We announce the death of Chad W. Rhode of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 29, 2026, at the age of 51. Chad will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his father Charles W. Rhode. He is survived by: his mother Jeanine Rhode (Schroeder); his sisters, Lori Janiszewski (Brad) and Beth Seitz; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Payne, Shay Rhode, Caitlyn Goemans (Justin), Grant Payne, Kamren Seitz and Samuel Seitz; his great-nephew Braxton Rhode; his great-nieces, Claira Goemans and Emily Goemans; and his pets, Mickey and Dozer.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services (135 Keller Blvd, Beaver Dam, WI 53916).
