He is survived by: his wife Judy of Peter's Catholic Church; his daughter Lisa Treichel (Craig) of Ashwaubenon; his grandsons, Brett David and Brock Allen Treichel; his pets, Chloe and Ellie; his siblings, Peggy Aaroen, Cathy Vick (Larry) and John Berg; his sister-in-law Nancy Berg; and his nieces and nephews, Doug Knapp (Pam), David Knapp (Sharlene), Jeff Berg (Jena), Michelle Wendt (Mark), Jessica Rentmeester (John), Amy Mohr (Tim), Jody Berg, Michael, Amanda and Jason Berg-Bintzler.
A devoted supporter of youth athletics, Dave spent many years as a baseball umpire and was recognized as Umpire of the Year in 1991 for his dedication and contributions to the sport.
