Douglas J. Roedl Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas J. Roedl (Beaver Dam, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 4, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Roedl and Evelyn Roedl (Radtke); his daughter Kay Schwister (Roedl); and his brother David. He is survived by: his great grandchild Jim; his wife Dorothy; his children, Mark Roedl (Jeanne) of Beaver Dam, WI, Susan Tomashek (Tony) of Onalaska, WI and Mary; his son-in-law Tim Schwister of Mount Prospect, IL.; and his half-sisters, Beth Shully (Scott) of Mequon, WI and Michelle Hunt of Lakeland. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

He was a member of the Elks Club, and American Heart Association Board of Wisconsin; the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association; and the National Funeral Directors Association.
