He is survived by: his brother Allen Schwantes (Susan) of Mayville; his niece Jennifer Powell (Vincent) of Mayville; his nephew Matthew Schwantes (Megan) of Laramie, WY; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth, Desirae, Daniel, Andrew and Catherine Schwantes. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
