He was predeceased by: his grandfather Craig "Shoe" Shoemaker. He is survived by: his parents, Myles Maly and Karissa Shoemaker; his siblings, Oliver and Eliza; and his grandparents, Mike Maly (Marcia) and Sally Shoemaker. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial Contributions. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to "Eivins family" to donate at a later date.
