Ellen Rose (Beecher) Adams Obituary

Ellen Rose (Beecher) Adams, age 71 of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family early Monday morning, April 29, 2024. Ellen was born on June 19, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Edwin Francis and Jane Louise (Frazier) Beecher. She was a 1970-71 high school Port Washington High School.

Ellen was united in marriage to Michael Joseph Adams on May 6, 1972. Divorced in 1989 but still lived with and cared very deeply for Michael. Ellen had five children with Michael.

Ellen was the oldest of eight kids and very close to all of her siblings! She was employed at S &S Pantry in Saukville, Production Plastics of Saukville, and Doer Electric in Cedarburg. She dedicated many years of her life to nursing!

She was a CNA at Heritage Nursing Home of Port Washington, Beverly Enterprises, and Continental Manor of Randolph. She later retired from 20+ years of working at Clearview Nursing and Rehab in Juneau, where she knew, she would miss taking care of others. Ellen was very devoted to her job, working doubles and lots of overtime to take care of her kids!

Ellen was a rummage sale enthusiast. She enjoyed trips to St. Vincent's and Goodwill and would always let you know where she saw a rummage sale and ask if you wanted to go. She loved to go to estate sales and rummage with her mother and brothers around the area, looking for a great deal on anything that caught her eye, especially Coca-Cola items, Buddhas, and unique trinkets.

Ellen also enjoyed watching crime shows such as Matlock or Perry Mason. She loved sitting outside at night under the stars, this is something she did often ever since she had kids. It was her quiet and relaxing time, but as years went on, Ellen would sit and enjoy a great conversation with whoever was with her.

Her family and children will sadly miss Ellen. She was also under the loving care of Common Heart Hospice. Ellen leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Ellen is survived by her children Michael J. (Jana) of Randolph, Laura (Rick) Heller of Randolph, Melody Reichwald, Nicholas (Margie) of Waupun, and Tina Adams of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Evyn, Autum, Leah, Tavish, Bryten, Quwynten, Trayton, Oriana, Anaka, Patience, Keith Jr., Cody, Dylan; Her great-grandchildren Jemarri, Emmersen, Amelia, Paislee, Hudson; her mother Jane Beecher of Saukville; her siblings, Edwin Jr. Beecher (Linda) of Plymouth, WI, Steven Beecher (Mary) of Grafton, WI, Mike Beecher of Saukville, WI, John Beecher (Sandy) of Saukville, WI, William Beecher (Mincha) of Lacey, WA, Mary Klimke (Mark) of Port Washington, WI and Robert Beecher (Barb) of Fredonia, WI.; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her Father Edwin Beecher Sr; Ex-Husband Michael Adams Sr; Uncle (Godfather) Harry Frazier, Grandmother Rose Frazier; her Great-Nephew Anthony Ramminger; Aunt Mary Rifflemacher, Uncle Jack Fraizer, Aunt Claire Fontaine and Aunt (Godmother) Doris Bellinger.
