He is survived by: his mother Helen Kurtz (Koch); his wife Sherry Heimerl of Beaver Dam; his sons, Chad Kurtz (Chelsea) of Beaver Dam and Troy Kurtz of Beaver Dam; his grandsons, Carson and Camden Kurtz; his sisters, June Born (Rick) and Roxann Nell (Terry Klapper); his sisters-in-law, Lois Kurtz of Beaver Dam and Deb Balthazor (Al) of Fond; and his caregiver Ballweg Implement. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
