He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Turner and Daisy Turner (Wheeler); his wives, La Garda Turner and Mary Woodworth Turner; and his stepson Jamie Woodworth.

He is survived by: his former wife Mary "Josie" Woodworth; his daughters, Vicki Frinak (Les), Jacqueline Hesse (David) and Jeanne Behm; his stepdaughters, Mary Woodworth Schmidt (Steve), Sarah Woodworth (Dave Davis) and Elizabeth Woodworth (Jeff Kriner); his grandchildren, Scott Frinak, Jenny Zuleger (Greg), Meredith Hesse Emami (Ali), Meghan Hesse Ratliff (Jackson), Abby Konet (Steve) and Ashley Winn (Kevin); and his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Schmidt (Rachel Hill), Christopher Kirsh (Angie), Colin Schmidt (Olivia Hoff) and Emily Kriner-Woodworth. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Due to COVID-19, a celebration of Bud's life will be held at a later date.
