He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Burton (Jim), David Benike (Cheryl) of Beaver Dam and John Benike (Peggy) of Beaver Dam; his half-sister Dorothy Hankes of Beaver Dam; his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Benike and Robert Schkirke; and his friend Jan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
