He is survived by: his wife Ann Hinkes-Rake; his daughter Molly Hinkes (Dominick Taylor); his siblings, Geraldine Shapiro (Paul), Steve Rake and Bob Rake (Janet); his siblings-in-law, Mary Koepsell (Doug) and John Hinkes (Heather); and his pet Bitten. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
