He was predeceased by: his father James Duane; his stepfather Dennis Buchholz; and his son Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Stacey Lefevers of Beaver Dam; his son Jesse Schultz (Mariah) of West Bend; his mother Kathleen Buchholz (Buchholz) of Beaver Dam; his siblings, Scott Buchholz (Elvie) of Waupun and Michelle Olson (Phil) of Kaukauna; and his grandchildren, Kali, Jakob, Barret and Alice. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
