He is survived by: his children, Scott Johnson (Angel) of Beaver Dam, Michael Johnson of Madison, Jennifer Dieterich (David) of West Bend and Mark Johnson (Kari) of Johnson Creek; and his grandchildren, Bree Johnson (Chad Klink) of Beaver Dam, Jessica Peters (Dan) of Menasha, Melissa Johnson of Beaver Dam, Nicole Johnson (Nate Buss) of Madison and Zack Johnson of Madison.
