He is survived by: his children, James Perkins of Beaver Dam and Kellie Perkins of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Sydnee, Christopher Perkins, Kera Stibb, Coleton Marshall and Kaden Perkins; his great grandchildren, Erin Perkins and Summer Perkins; and his sibling's children, Kara, Heather, Jessica and Josh. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
