She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Wendlandt and Glorein Wendlandt (Oestreich); her spouse Merlin Birkholz; and her siblings, Ronald Wendlandt (Beverly) and Beverly Neumann (Leonard Neumann).
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Birkholz; her sister Carlyn Fischer (Richard); and her sisters-in-law, Janice Falkinham and Marion Kuehn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Stephen's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam, or Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Watertown.
