She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Carr and Theresa Carr (Sovell); her husband Dale Dinkel; her children, Sheree Ann Dinkel, Michael D. Dinkel, James J. Dinkel and Thomas L. Dinkel; and her daughter-in-law Kris Dinkel.
She is survived by : her children, Robert Dinkel (Debra), Stephen Dinkel (Cathi) and Mary Beth Jeske; her daughter-in-law Lori Dinkel; her grandchildren, Vince, Jake Dinkel (Caitlin), Anna, Jenna, Kaitlin Dinkel and Kennedy Jeske; her sister Elaine Caine of Charlotte, NC; and her nieces, Deborah Harder, Mary Lalley and Susan St. Pierre. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in JoAnn Dinkel's name to St. Katharine Drexel Conference of St. Vincent DePaul Society or Rainbow Hospice.
