She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Chilcote and Beatrice Chilcote (Culp); her son Gary Lee Penfold; her siblings, Janice and Jerry Lee; and her cousin Mrytle Mae Larsen.
She is survived by : her siblings, Roberta, Robert Jr., Stephen and Carol; her son Jack Edward Jr. (Terri) of Austin, TX; her friends, Millie, Asterwald of Watertown, Leticia Tessmer of Waterloo and Patti Neder of Watertown; her caregivers, Debbie Jung and Krissy Ruprecht; her children, Dana Serpico (Tony) of Homer Glen, IL, Sharon Hazelwood of Clarendon Hills, IL and Gregory Desens (Kristina) of Hastings, MI; her daughter-in-law Carole Ann Penfold of Waddy, KY; her grandchildren, Danny Penfold, Laura Collins (Aaron), Andrea Amyx (DJ), Anthony (Sarah), Nicholas (Brittney), Gabrielle Serpico, Ian and Evan Hazelwood; her great grandchildren, Laura, Aaron and Milo; and her pet Simba. She is also survived by many family members as a loving aunt, great aunt, cousin, in law.
