He was predeceased by : his sisters-in-law, Mildred Bobholz and Pat Braker; his daughter Karen; his grandson Dridyn; and his siblings, Willard (Bud), Herb, Arnie, Bob, Marge, Mary and Betty.
He is survived by : his wife Mary; his children, Kristine "Kris" Braker, Dawn Westra (Tom), Linda Anthes (Rick), Denise Hoekstra (Bill), Earl Braker (Kelly) and Dan Braker; his grandchildren, Jessica, Justin (Devin), Jackie Anthes (Devon), Luke, Neil Braker, Jeremy and Stephanie Hoekstra; his stepgrandsons, Jeff (Heather), Joe (Sylvia) and Jason Westra; his great grandchildren, Levi, Asher and Baby Anthes; and his brother-in-law Bob Zuhlke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
If desired, the family would appreciate memorials to any of the charities that were near and dear to Jack, they were St. Jude Children's Hospital, Wounded Warriors, and Shriner's Hospital.
