She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Steinhauer and Stella Tvesme Steinhauer; and her husband Herb Klinge. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Chase (Jody) and Chris Klinge; her grandson Adam Chase; and her cousin Lavonne Lamb.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (1310 N Center St, Beaver Dam, WI 53916). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Purcell Animal Shelter Welfare Society where Joyce rescued her beloved dog, Anne.
