Malkowski; his children, Brenda Kelm (Andy) of Beaver Dam, Leon Roth (Tammy) of Beaver Dam and Samantha Etter (Peter) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Stefanie Bradley (Shaun), Danielle Novak (Matt Rogahn), Amber Hill (Chase), Bethany Roth, Cristiana Burhite, Zachary Burhite and Siera Etter; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Somaya, Noah, Patricia, Brantley and Octavia; his parent Joyce Chevalier; and his grandparents, Ralph and Myrtle Deglow. He was also cherished by other relatives and many friends.
