It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Cook of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Reitz and Charlotte Reitz (Le Moine); her husband Eldon Clyde Cook; her children, Lisa and Tommy; her siblings, Donna, Cathy and Freddie; and her siblings-in-law, Alvin, Roger and Sharon.
She is survived by: her sibling's child Lee; her daughter Peggy Sue; her niece Cindy Sedbrook; and her siblings-in-law, Orvie Cook (Nancy) of Fox Lake, Orville Cook (Ann) of Lone Rock, WI and Linda Cook of Dubuque. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
