He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Danen (Joly) and Paul Danen; his foster brother Robbie Rubin; his brothers, Pat and Mark Danen (Betty); and his in-laws, Linda, Debbie Danen and Joe Hendricks.

He is survived by: his close friend Scott Grant; his siblings, Mike Danen, Kay Hendricks and Tim Danen; and his sister-in-law Linda Danen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
