He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Abel. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Abel (Dinkel); his children, Robert Abel, Jr. (Becky) of Beaver Dam and Thomas Abel (Kelsey) of DeForest; his grandchildren, Arbor and Aylah; and his siblings, Sandra Abel of Beaver Dam, Jay Abel (Cynthia) of Beaver Dam and Jeffrey Abel (Brenda) of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services - Beaver Dam (135 Keller Blvd, Beaver Dam, WI 53916). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
