He is survived by: his children, Charles Frank of Columbus, Doris Hahn (Dan) of Beaver Dam, Richard Frank (Robin) of Beaver Dam and Jeff Frank of Beaver Dam; and his grandchildren, Alissa Bagneski, Kathleen Doege, Samantha Thiede (Justin), Tim Frank and Steven Bilke. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
