She is survived by : her husband David Smith of Beaver Dam; her mother-in-law Janice Smith of Horicon; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Johnson (Bruce) of Rice Lake and Suzanne Mehltretter (Dennis) of Watertown. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
