She is survived by: her friend Teddy; her children, Tim (Mary Kay), Kevin (Bonnie), Jennifer (Dennis), Cynthia (Kevin) and Eric (Julie); her grandchildren, Ben (Silaja), Essie (Adam), Aaron, Rachel (Joe), Austin (Sierra), Simon (Olivia), Ethan, Rebecca, Sarah, Amelia, Colin, Camille, Isaac, Elliott and Colton; her caregiver Patty; Rohan, Satyam, Kailash, Avery, Liliana, Logan, Rigby and Ozzie.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Shirley's memory to the Beaver Dam Area Orchestra.
