He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Herzler and Jane Herzler (Creighton); and his sister Mary Ann Croisant. He is survived by: his wife Ann Malinsky; his daughter Kathleen E. Herzler; his siblings, Ralph "Pete" Herzler (Mary), John Herzler (Ruth) and Samantha Brennaman; his siblings-in-law, Doug Malinsky (Mary) and Susan Malinsky; and his nieces, Rabecca Herzler and Jessica Eilen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
