She is survived by: her husband James Perkins of Beaver Dam; her children, James Perkins (Jodie) of Beaver Dam and Kellie Perkins of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Sydnee, Christopher Perkins, Kera Stibb, Colton Marshall and Kaden Perkins; and her great grandchild Erin Perkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
