He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Dial and Odessa Dial (Campbell); and his brothers, Fred Dial and Jerry Dial. He is survived by : his friend Bill; his wife Patricia Dial of Beaver Dam; his sons, Mark Dial (Mary-Ann) of Orlando and Bruce Dial of Beaver Dam; and his brothers, Don Dial (Jan) of Tenaha and Robert Dial (Pat) of Graham, Texas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church-Beaver Dam (511 S Spring St, Beaver Dam, WI 53916).
