She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jelle and Clara Jelle (Slotten); and her siblings, Elmer Jelle (Rose), Orvin Jelle, Hazel Keehn (Harold) and Lyles Solberg (Russell).
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Hannah Jelle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home (109 Greenway Cross Ct, Belleville, WI 53508). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. In addition to the many quilts she created, Bernice volunteered for RSVP for many years.
Memorials are suggested to the Sugar River Senior Center and Belleville EMS.
