He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Nancy; his grandparents, Lavina (Cross), Walter Elsing, Evangeline (Erickson) and Fred Reber; his aunt Rita; his uncle Bill Brown; and his cousins, Robbie Brown and Erica Reber.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dan (Joleen), Doug (Sue) and Darci; his nephew Brian (Alissa); his nieces, Evie, Katie and Rachel; his great-nephew Brian (Bear); and his aunts and uncles, Hank, Diane Elsing, Gary and Jean Reber. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
We figure David may have been part cat as he survived plenty of close calls, including a ruptured appendix, inhaling toxic fumes, intense staph infections, being saved from choking by Dan with the Heimlich maneuver, and a hospital stay with COVID. Unfortunately, COVID robbed him of his fun-filled memory.
