In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Fischl and Florence Fischl (Streiff); his sisters, Nancy (Pat Donlin) and Peggy (Butch Eichelkraut); and his nephew Robert Eichelkraut.
He is survived by: his son Jason Fischl (Wendy Benkert); and his grandsons, Riley and Garret. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Duppler-Smith American Legion Post #460 in Belleville.
