He is survived by: his parents, Aaron Nielsen (Jessie Fitzgibbons) and Angela Nemitz (Metcalf); his siblings, Cayden, Maddie and Camrie Nielsen; his grandparents, Rodney, Cathy Metcalf and Timothy Nielsen; his great-grandparent Lona Parkinson; his uncles, Jermey Nielsen (Jen) and Phil Metcalf (Sarah); and his aunt Crystal Metcalf.
A memorial fund has been established in Cody's name.
