We bid farewell to Tom Haisma of Belmont, Wisconsin, born in Libertyville, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 8, 2025 at the age of 69. Tom touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Haisma and Marion Haisma (Lykke); and his siblings, Harriett Olson, Harry Haisma, William Haisma and Robert Haisma.
He is survived by: his wife Rene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warren Funeral Home (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031). A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Warren Cemetery (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031).
