She is survived by: her children, William H. (Kay), David A. Richards, Carol J. Perkins (Tom) and Sarah M. Vance (Dale); her grandchildren, Lisa Johnson (Sean), Aaron W. Richards, William Richards (Catherine), Austin Richards, Chandler Richards, Alicia Dominy (Corey), Tom Perkins (Megan), Kimberly Jackson (Matt), Jody Simpson, Amanda Jo Stone (Justin) and Justin Paul; and her brother Raymond Tuttle Jr..
