He was predeceased by: the mother of his child Mary Garland; and his grandfather Larry Waters Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Waters and Katharine Bach; his son James Garland; his siblings, Cynthia Rheinschmidt, Jaime Simplot (Chester), Deborah Bach, Brandee Cubley and John Bach; and his grandparents, Shirley Waters and Keith Bach (Ruby). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
