He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Case and Nancy Case Sr. (Carr). He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Case (Kathy) of Roscoe, IL, Dr. Richard Field, John Field of Oakland, CA and Barbara Turner of Sydney, Australia; and his cousins, Debbie, Cindy, Christine, Art and Carol.
