He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Harder and Elsie Harder (Heidger); his parents-in-law, Gus and Virginia Erickson; his son-in-law Kurt Reynolds; his brothers, Henry (Peg), Rene (Joan), Hans (Donna) and Allen (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Lois Prowse (Chuck), Audrey Lyford (Richard) and Gus Erickson Jr. (Dorothy).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Harder; his children, David Harder (Debbie), Barb Reynolds and Gary Harder (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Chris Harder (Val), Amanda Acklam, Katie Moore (Marcus), Joe Harder (Jenny), JJ Lipor (Gina), Chad Reynolds (Michelle), Chris Reynolds (Nicole), Craig Reynolds and Kayla Simpson (Devin); and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Lily, Luke, Micah, Kaiden, Noah, Ezra, Leo, Landon, Owen, Logan and Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brian Mark Funeral Home (1000 E Inman Pkwy, Beloit, WI 53511). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials can be made in Bennie's name to Vets Roll or South Beloit American Legion.
