She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Schmale and Daisy Schmale (Hart); her husband Milton Dresselhaus; her siblings, June Magill (Richard), Beverly Perkins (Harold), Robert Schmale (Jen), Wayne Schmale (Dee) and Laverne Schmale (Patricia); her sons-in-law, Joseph Cikar, Ronald Koopman and Kevin Newman; her granddaughter Kimberly Koopman; and her great grandchild Dylan Fields.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen J. Cikar of Beloit, Nancy L. Ferguson (Greg) of Beloit, Elizabeth A. Koopman of Beloit, Carol L. Duran (Tulio) of Beloit, Patricia E. Newman and Deborah D. El Joundi (Housam) of Charlotte, N. C.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren along with her many nieces and nephews.
