She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Shockley and Lula Shockley (Gilbank); her husband William Fulton; her son Jeff Fulton; and her siblings, Charles Shockley, Paul Shockley, Lois Brady, Homer Shockley, Mildred Bakke and Glenn Shockley.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill Billeci (Robert); her grandson Nicholas Billeci (Ana); her great grandchild Vera Billeci; and her siblings, Kenneth Shockley (Marilyn) and Shirley Grigar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
